The Bath Archaeo-Heritage Film Festival

 4 - 6 April 2024

Join us at the 2024 Bath Archaeo-Heritage Film Festival! The festival brings together the joys of film and archaeology, depicting time periods from the prehistoric to the 20th Century.

We have a range of exciting activities, from discussions and Q&A's, to live demonstrations and workshops.

We aim to connect multiple venues through Bath and encourage all local museums to dive into their archive footage and share their film collections.

This years screenings will take place at The Little Theatre Cinema, a 1930's building with it's own fascinating heritage, and the Museum of Bath at Work.

SILT

SILT is a research studio for ecological image making run by@annachrystal_and@alisonballance.We’re looking at the material, imaginative and economic processes that go into creating images and colour. Central to the studio are questions around how to make critical work in a time of climate devastation, and how to work as an artist with care responsibilities.SILT asks what a sustainable art practice is and to what extent is it possible ecologically, economically and socially.
